Phase one of 12 GATES consists of three 3-level units, three duplex units, three single-level units of self-contained meeting facilities and a 500sqm multi-purpose hall with backup facilities like a kitchen and audio/video control room.
12 Gates is a design conference and exhibition centerconverted from an old factory which was part of a large-scaled state-ownedsugar refinery in Canton, China. Theproject is a MICE facility for meetings, conferences, incentives and exhibitions.
